During the first four months of my Life in Activism column, I have tried to provide helpful tips and practices so that you can keep your cool while engaging in political activism over the long-term. Today however, for those of you who actually want to lose control of your emotions in politics—and, let's face it, that seems like a lot of people these days—I am offering some advice about how you can do just that.
